Well, I tried this today and even though it took awhile to stuff it was pretty worth it. Turned out super cute. Mine is more like a corgi than a regular dog. If you want to have a longer legged one I would suggest using extra fabric, by the time I got to the legs I realized I would have to shorten them in order to finish. Still cute though!ReplyCancel
I so love this! My kids are older and need a touch of whimsey in their rooms, so I’m making these. Since they know HOW to make balloon animals, Here’s my suggestion: I’m basically making a long balloon for them and supplying several pieces of yarn. They can use the yarn to tie off the ‘sausages’ and twist the animal into shape. That way, they can have a non-stop show their own creations! Thought this might also make a cool icebreaker for the dorms as well. I haven’t done it yet, so I’ll let you know how it works out.ReplyCancel
