Now for the recipe, I have some delicious and easy Mexican Lettuce Wraps. I’m on the verge for a healthier lifestyle this lettuce wrap is fresh and healthy if you use low-fat or avoid the sour cream & cheese.

Perfect for a party or even snack or even a Mexican Lettuce Wrap Bar! You can adjust with your favorite veggies & favorite Wholly salsa!

Serves: 3

Ingredients

Green Leaf Lettuce
Grilled Chicken Breast, Prepared & Seasoned.
White or Brown cooked rice
Your favorite
Wholly Salsa
Mexican Three Cheese Shredded {Low-Fat}
Fresh Shredded Carrots
{Low Fat }Sour Cream or Mexican Crema
Limes

Instructions

Prepare and clean green leafs.
To prepare chicken, cut into small pieces and grilled on a olive oil pan fry until golden brown. Seasoned with salt & pepper or your favorite seasoning.
Then add Wholly Mild Salsa and stir fry for about 5 minutes.
On a green leaf lettuce; add rice, prepared Wholly Chicken Salsa, cheese, carrots, & sour cream and enjoy!
