With this summer heat, my little girl sweats a lot if she has her long hair loose. So, I always have plenty of ponytail elastic bands in hand, even then the elastic bands somehow get lost in home. Stocking up on ponytail elastic bands on the summer is a must for us. Today, I have a fun summer hairstyle for you to try out with your little one. My mom used to style our hair exactly like this, seeing this hairstyle on my Aries, brings back so much fun childhood memories.

You will need: a few elastic hair bands and/or a couple of small faux flowers or even a few of my Knot Bows Hair Ties or Felt Bow Ties

• Before Styling, make sure you have followed the JOHNSON’S® NO MORE TANGLES® 3 Step Regimen I wrote above.
• Make a deep part section
• Connect deep apart section to the left ear
• part out small sections
• make another ponytail
• continue parting out small sections of hair and joining to other ponies into them. You can do as few or as many of these as you want.
• Secure the last section of hair into a ponytail behind the left ear.
• Connect remaining hair to the left ponytail making into one big side ponytail
• Add a bow or flowers for a fun girly look if desired. I used single faux peonies. To attach them, I used a hair pin or you can even use the stem and wrap around each pony tail.
