Remember our popular Oreo Pops recipe? My little girl, had been begging for me to make them again and this time we added colorful sprinkles, and chocolate dipping.
These Sprinkled Oreo Cream Pops, are still my all time favorite and now even more delicious with chocolate and sprinkles in the mix.
What you’ll need:
– 6-10 Crushed Oreos
– 1/3 cup of heavy whipping cream
– 1 Cup of Cool Whipped Topping (thawed)
– 1 tsp of vanilla
– Sprinkles
– Oreo Crumbs for garnish.
– Shot Glasses, any cup, or popsicle mold.
– Popsicle Sticks
Directions: On a large bowl add heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, sprinkles and crushed Oreos and mix well. Pour the mix into the shot glass, add Oreo crumbs on top and freeze for about an hour then add the popsicle sticks. Freeze for another two hours.
On a double boiler in low heat, melt chocolate chips. Stir constantly.
To remove the popsicles from glass/mold.. add warm water to a small bowl and insert the popsicles to softened for 1-6 seconds.
Dip the pop into melted chocolate and add sprinkles. Freeze until chocolate is hardened.
Makes about 10-12 popsicles depending on the cup size.
