It was my love’s birthday this past week so I made him a cake about his favorite movie: The Dark Knight Rises. My little Aries also turned 27th months the same day so I also made another mini cake and I will post about it later today.

I made his favorite cake: a two layer tres leches cake. I used fondant to make the Dark Knigh Silhoutte, created a simple bat banner and placed a small Batman Figure. The icing is simply Light Cool Whip.

It was so, so yummy!

You see all the yummy tres leches mix coming up from the cake? This time I used Soy Milk and Fat Free Lechera (Sweet Condensed Milk) and it was yummier. The cake was soaked in the yummy tress leches mix.
