Here is the second tutorial on my DIY Headband Tutorials.
This next DIY Headband is super easy! Requires some needle and thread and can be made from hundreds of different fabrics!
You will need:
- A 2 x 20 strip of cotton fabric
- Needle & Thread
- Scissor
- Glue gun & glue stick
- Button, Or Beaded Applique for the center of the flower (This particular oneI used can be found on Hobby Lobby)
- Elastic (My favorite type of elastic is fold-over shiny elastic and can be found at Etsy or Ebay)

Instructions:
-Measure & Cut Fabric
-Sew the edge of the fabric
-Scrunch and ruffle
-To form the flower, simply arrange the ruffles in layers. Hot Glue between layers.
β Hot Glue button & Elastic band on the back.

Hi, I was wondering what size headband did you purchase? 5/8″ 1/2″?
1/2 or you an use 1inch or which ever you think it’s best.
