The LOVE for Nature | National Park & Recreation Month

We love visiting our local parks in our community.

We have a big lake around the corner and there is plenty to explore around here. The closest beach is about 45 minutes away, San Diego & L.A  is an hour away; so I love living here! Our little girl loves the outdoors and I couldn’t be happier specially because she get some exercise running around the outdoors and learning her surroundings like Curious George.

Every week on our days off, we plan a visit to our local lake park, duck pond park at Temecula, CA or the Splash Zone. Our goal is to have a healthier lifestyle by buying only fresh produce, organic and vegan. We also have a goal for a more active lifestyle we want to encourage our toddler by going walking and exploring our local parks three times a week. Its healthy to visit a park and we love it!

Have you visited any local parks lately? What are your goals for a healthier lifestyle?

  • I am inspired to follow your trail to visit local parks. It’s the best remedy to our unhealthy lifestyle of spending too much time indoors, cooped up with our computers. We should try and shift our focus from technology and online entertainment to the great outdoors.ReplyCancel
