With Holidays around the corner..Here is a CHOCOLATE CREAM CAKE with Peppermint Whipped Cream!{Using Cake Mix}

Sounds and Looks yummy right? Tastes even better!
1 Box of Devil’s Food Cake Mix
Ingredients for cake mix: (water, oil, eggs)
1 Cup of Chocolate Chips
1 Cup of Sour Cream
1 Bag of Peppermint Candies
Peppermint Whipped Topping
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 Cup of Sugar
1 Tbs of Peppermint Extract
Optional: 1 Tablespoon of Pinnacle Whipped Vodka
1) Mix all ingredients as directed on the box.
2) Add chocolate chips
3) Add Sour Cream
4) Add to pan (I used small baking pan) and bake as directed.
Let cool completely before doing the topping!
To Make Topping and Garnish:
5) Unwrap and add candies to a bag
6) Crush peppermint candies
7) On a mixing bowl add the heavy whipping cream and mix.
8) Add Sugar and peppermint extract until it begins to form peaks.
9) Optional: Add Whipped Vodka
10) Blend again until it forms peaks
11) Ice the cake
12) Decorate
VIOLA!
Let me tell you that I had the intention of doing with WHITE Cake but I accidentally threw it out the FLOOR! OH man..I was so mad! Ugh.. Once I relaxed, I decided to make another batch but with Chocolate Cake Mix and It turned out even better!
