Schwinn Bike Review

I have the amazing opportunity to get to review this gorgeous bike! This bike is called the Network by Schwinn Bikes!

About Schwinn: At Schwinn, we make bikes that allow riders of all ages and abilities to experience the joy of riding. From “walk ‘n’ roll” kids bikes to the Le Tour Legacy, we offer a comprehensive line of bikes that suit the needs of riders across the United States and around the world. Our bikes are built to the Schwinn Quality standard, with over 100 years of cycling heritage, passion and expertise. This standard is the foundation of our commitment to creating the best bikes available today, and we are confident that you will experience our devotion to cycling every time you ride a Schwinn.

We went to our local splash pad park and the weather was perfect. Don’t laugh, but I was scared to ride a bike! It has been more than 12 years since I had a bike. I thought I need training wheels! So brave enough I rode it and I felt like a kid again! It was so liberating! (You can laugh now)

I love the Network Schwinn Bike! The color, wheels and love the speeds.

Schwinn Network Women’s Bike features are:

  • Upright steel frame with Suntour suspension fork for comfort and durability
  • Shimano/SRAM 21-speed drivetrain provides plenty of gears and reliable shifting
  • Fenders and rear rack to keep you dry and help carry your belongings
  • 7 Speeds
  • Schwinn City Bike

Its very comfortable, and very easy to change between speeds. The bike is a little heavy and I would of preferred an aluminum frame bike, but we can deal with the heaviness. Its a bike that is comfortable for cruising and casual both dirt & road and that is what I wanted on a bike. It feels great and even on small bumps because of its awesome suspension. It looks very, very durable and that is what a good bike should feel and look like.

Don’t you love the color of it?! Its a beautiful color and I’m in love with my new bike.

As you can see, even Victor tried the bike! I just wished Victor could of taken photos of me riding the bike but he is not good at taking photos with my camera. Now, all I need is a baby carrier or trailer so I can take my little one with me on my bike rides!

We had the best time enjoying the day, cruising on the bike and this little one had a blast on the slide!

If you are looking for a bike for yourself, check out Schwinn bikes!!

I highly recommend it! You are never to old or young (2yr +) for a bike ride;)

Melissa Bybee-Fields - That baby blue color is really super pretty. I bet my daughter would love this bike. I’d be totally scared to ride a bike these days too. I used to love it but it’s been a few years and several pounds ago. Your beautiful pictures do make me want to get out and do it though!

nikkiana - Oh man! I wish I was brave enough to ride a bike! That one looks so pretty! It’s been years since I’ve ridden, and I’m so intimidated by the traffic in the city.

Gerardine Virtucio - Hi there! I know this is a really old post but I hope you see this comment. I’m planning on buying this bike for my birthday and I have two questions and I really hope you don’t mind answering them.
    1. Do you think it would be alright for someone around 5’3″-5’4″ to ride this? I’ve seen reviews that some people wrote who were about four to six inches taller than me and that’s kind of freaking me out.
    2. Is the seat adjustable?ReplyCancel
