My #cinchspiration Journey | Month 1

I’m part of Shakelee’s Cinch Inch Loss Plan. A month has passed by and my cinchspiration experience has been great!!!

This is how my consists of: Every morning & lunch I have a shake or meal replacement bar, for snack a tea & snack bar and for lunch; a healthy dinner. My daily exercise includes a 45 minute workout via Netflix.

Well this is suppose to happen daily but things happen and I sometimes change my lunch w/a regular meal and for dinner; a shake. This past week, I haven’t done much exercise due to some unforeseen circumstances but looking forward to get back on track this week.

I don’t really like the meal shakes but I add a spoon of cool whip and/or a spoon of Nutella. This makes is so much easier to drink them. The hardest thing for me has been balancing my life and saying no to temptation.

I will be uploading a my first Vlog video post by the end of the week to explain more of my progress and finally you will see the face behind Little Inspiration.

I’m so grateful to be able to participate on this amazing challange and I hope you stay tune for next post about my second month results.

This months results: Lost 2lbs (Not bad but I wish It was more)

Max daily in-take calories: 1500 Calories

My Goal: To loose 40lbs

My Inspiration: My little girl. I’d like to live a long healthy life.
