Remember the 3 Water Activities you read the other day? We had a blast on our little family water activity day in partnership with JELL-O brand. My kids had the best time ever enjoying the water blobs, ice boat racing on a blue pool noodle, and we even made art using chalk and water. I asked my little girl, and her favorite part about our day in the sun, was the water blobs. We had to make a few more because all she wanted to do was pop them. Junius enjoyed the water blobs even more. We created many great summer memories with our kids, and I hope my daughter remembers all the fun in the sun we are having so far. After all the fun in the sun, Aries helped me create frozen treats the night before. Using Kraft Recipes, we made JELL-O Frozen Fruit Pops using JELL-O Berry Blue flavor gelatin & fresh blueberries.

1/3 cup sugar
1-1/3 cups cold water
1 ¼ cups chopped mixed fresh fruit
Directions:
Add boiling water to combined dry gelatin mix and sugar in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in cold water.
Place fruit in 9 frozen pop molds. Pour gelatin mixture over fruit. Insert wooden pop stick into center of each mold.

Aries loves anything frozen, ice chips, ice cream, mini frozen pops, but these JELL-O Frozen Fruit Pops were her favorite. She loved them even more because she helped make them. I’m pretty sure these JELL-O Frozen Fruit Pops will be a favorite to make on more summer days to come. Visit It Happens In A Blink Blog for more summer activities and a refreshing treat recipe!
