Thanks to JELL-O Brand for sponsoring this summer activities post.
Summer is surely here, bringing us lots of sunshine days and lots of heat waves of 85F in Southern Cali. On a very hot summer day, we are always looking for ideas to have fun in the sun and if we can use water, even better! Because water is the most essential to a very hot day, so I have teamed up with JELL-O to bring you 3 water activities we are anxious to try during the summer. What are your favorite water activities you and your kiddos love to do on a hot summer day?

We are most excited to try these 3 water activities that I’m sure my 5 year old will love. We are planning to create a few water blobs using freezer paper and blue food coloring. We are also making ice cube race boats because my daughter has been asking me to do some boat racing and I thought this activity involving ice cubes would be so much fun to try. For our third activity, we are involving science by using chalk & water to create sparking blue chalkboard bombs!
After all the fun in the sun, we are always looking forward to a refreshing snack like these JELL-O Frozen Fruit Pops. On our next post in partnership with JELL-O brand, we will be showing you how easy and refreshing these JELL-O
Frozen Fruit Pops are. You can even make them in various JELL-O gelatin flavors and add your kid’s favorite fruits! In the meantime, head over to It Happens In A Blink for more activities in the sun that I’m sure you will love.
Thanks to JELL-O brand for allowing me to partner with them to bring you a few amazing activities your kids will sure love!
I had a blast planning our water summer activities. Already planning to try this at home with your little ones? I’d love to hear how it goes in the comments below. For more inspiration visit: http://jello.com.
