Only a few weeks left till this baby boy is born and the nursery is ready for him. The littlest Diapers, itty bitty clothes, awesome car-seat and enough warm fuzzy blankets are waiting for a little man. In the meantime, all I do is stare at the tiniest baby shoes and count the days left.

Even though, I can’t wait for our little guy to get here SOON, I wished my pregnancy was smoother and now not I only count the days till I hold him, I count the days I’m pregnant-free. Nights are uncomfortable than ever, I pee every 30 minutes, my feet are swollen after standing or walking for too long, I can’t go shopping in more than one store because I get tired so quickly and the list can go on.

Another baby product I was stressing about is choosing the right baby monitor. Even though, I didn’t used one for our first baby because our previous place was so small, I knew I wanted to test one out for our little man. VTech, sent us the Safe & Sound Pan & Tilt Full Color Video Monitor and we tested it out with our little Aries for now.  The Installation was very easy and directions were clear and to the point. Victor was able to quickly mount the camera to the wall where it was the right place to look directly to the crib and also able to see the rest of the room.

The VTech Safe and Sound Baby Monitor has some great features I love:

  • Infrared night vision
  • wireless monitor with rechargeable battery alert.
  • Two way communication between the camera unit and parent unit – similar to a walkie takie.
  • Vibration sound alert in parent unit when baby cries.
  • The camera can pan, tilt and zoom in/out in the parent unit.
  • 1,000 feet of range.
  • Temperature Sensor
  • You can pair the baby parent monitor to up to 4 cameras if you have more kids.

I love the VTech Safe & Sound monitor, specially Little Aries because had so much fun testing it out with daddy by communicating back and forth while she was in the nursery playing and reading her books. My monitor display color has a bit of a purple-ish tint (specially in low light, when you adjust the brightness) but I do love that the full motion video monitor is up to 25 frames per second and I could see Little Aries every move. It certainly one of my favorite baby monitors out there and I’m so excited to be using our VTech Safe & Sound Baby Monitor with our little man.
