Just in my little city, there are two new ALDIs and the whole neighborhood has been so excited about the grand openings. I have never heard of ALDI supermarkets before and only heard great rumors so I knew I had to pay a visit for the first time to my local ALDI.

Just last week, we visited our local ALDI and we were so surprised how much we love the place. As soon as you enter an ALDI, everything looks so clean, large isles, organized and very inviting. An interesting thing we absolutely love, is that in order to use one of their shopping carts, you must deposit a quarter. You will get the quarter back once the cart is returned. This efficiency helps keep prices low and provide greater savings for customers. Their incredible low prices is also made possible with a smaller inventory of the most commonly purchased items that leads to lower rent and electricity costs. How awesome is that? Get savin’ and get shop at your local ALDI!

Another major thing I love about ALDI is the low prices on high quality organic items! ALDI has a ton of organic items and fresh produce at a very competitive price up to 50 %* less than leading supermarkets. We browsed every single item from our local ALDI store and we discovered some amazing new items we have never tried before. For example, on the deli section, the Pueblo Lindo Chorizo and jalapeno mozzarella cheese, a Special Buy item, caught our attention. We tried them as soon as we got home from shopping at ALDI and it was delicious. Next time you are in an ALDI, don’t forget to visit the Frozen treats, Deli, and Wine sections; they were my absolute favorite.
