Those are amazing pictures! Skating in NYC in the winter is one the items on my bucket list as well as a trip to NYC. I have yet to travel there and tour the city. Rick Bayless is a family favorite, his recipes are delicious and rich in culture. I’m happy to see you motivated to care for your health and this trip seems like a great fit for it! 😀 I pack my health by always having a healthy snack in my handbag in a zip top bag such as fresh vegetables or fruit and always having water at hand to keep my body hydrated. Exercising with routines is also on my list.ReplyCancel

  • Looks fun, delicious and healthy! My husband grew up on Long Island and we love going back to NY to visit family. I definitely need to check out those vitamins. I have my kids on some but I’m neglecting Mama! 🙂ReplyCancel
