Traveling This Summer?

Have you traveled on a cruise or planning a family cruise vacation?

There are many various family cruises that depart form Baltimore, MD.

While there, you can even have a mini-vacation around the Baltimore area. There are are many options and exciting places to visit. If I were to take a cruise, I would take an extra day or so to visit new places while waiting for my cruise to depart! I can only dream big right now but I would love to one day take a cruise with my little family and many family cruises depart from Baltimore.

Anyone from the Baltimore area?!

Here are some awesome nearby attractions from Baltimore, MD that I found very interesting.

While on Baltimore.. take your kids to visit the Port Discovery Children’s Museum. My little girl would have a blast there. She love exploring her surroundings and a children’s museum is perfect for her.

After a nice day at the children’s museum, why not pass by the famous Inner Harbor.  With lots of great food, and entertainment.

On of my favorite attractions are the museums. We love visiting museums because it’s not olny interesting to see the history of our past but we love to learn new things. Baltimore has a great museum called B&O Railroad Museum that you must visit if you are or awaiting for your family cruise to depart.

Sea life is another interesting topic, and Baltimore has a great aquarium for you to visit.  It’s a great entertainment for kids to adults.

Dream big.. and even if you are not taking a cruise and if you live nearby Baltimore, have you visited the above places?!

Check out the attractions websites above for more info and picture sources.

Happy Summer!

  • I’m from the Baltimore Area. I think the best place to visit outside the city is Annapolis, Maryland. Which is probably around thirty minutes away from the Inner Harbor. 🙂 We’re headed to the Aquarium tomorrow. 🙂
