When was the last time you have taken an “time out” ?

We usually take some “time out” and have some family time by going to the beach. The Beach is my favorite places in the world. It relaxes me!

Every weekend we try to look for ways to do something different; even its movie night or family date night! We went out to the beach on our weekend and couldn’t ask for more. Its my personal time out with my little family. Its our way to take some time off and simply enjoy the sun and breeze of the ocean.

We all deserve some time out.. specially mommas like us. Relaxing time for me is simply a day off the computer away from home with the two people I love and my camera. I love to capture those moments of the joy of my little girl having fun away from home at the beach or any place our “time out” takes us.

I can stay hours sitting in the beach watching the ocean… it inspires and calms me.

Mommas, you all deserve a time out ; even if its 5 minutes, take some time off motherhood. Laundry and dishes can wait; but time out is healthy!
