No.. simply use tin foil cupcake liners. Can be found on Walmart on the baking grocery section.
You don’t need to use non-stick spray.
One they are baked, Just make sure to open up the cupcake liner when you are ready to pour the tres leches mix. ou

Hi!!!! I tried your recipe for my 7 year wedding anniversary (My Hubby LOVES 3 leches! They came out amazing!! Except for the whip cream, my goodness what a troublesome procedure! hahaha I had a hard time making the whip cream until the hubby took over and he made it whip in no time! For anyone unable to find dulce de leche,
Pour one 14-oz can of sweetened condensed milk into an 8โณ x 8โณ Pyrex dish, cover with foil, place in larger pan filled halfway with water and bake at 425 for approx 90 minutes. Cool.

I made these last night and they turned out great! I do feel that there should have been less cinnamon used. They kind of taste like coffee cake to me. Not that there is a problem with coffee cake, it just wasn’t what I expected. I am going to try a normal Tres leches cake to compare taste to see how less I should use. Great Recipe though!! I make a chicken taco bake in a casserole dish that I love! I’d put a dollop of Wholly Guacamole on top of a serving.

I like them all! But I”m one of the weird people – I don’t eat red meat or rice so all my encheritos, nachos, taquitos, burritos and tacos are made with either chicken or turkey. I haven’t tried any of the Wholly Salsas yet but they sound fantastic!

I try not to eat too much Mexican food, because fried tortillas are not diet-friendly…so these lettuce wraps sound perfect!
