What an adorable idea! I think I’d add one step, and dye the egg shells a light pink,lavender,green, or yellow – all the same color – before adding the flowers.
When I have a project where I need to save eggshells, I very gently prick a small hole – where you want the opening – with a push pin, and then use small manicure scissors to cut out the hole. No cracked edges, and the hole could be just the size of the stem of the flower. Then you can stick a small skewer through the hole to break up the yolk, so the egg comes out easily.ReplyCancel
