I just can’t wait for this summer to be over. Don’t you? It has been so hot here in Southern California! We haven’t had any rain and the weather is so humid. The AC is always on and sometimes during the night.

Other than that, we had an amazing summer by going to lots of  local beaches, a local splash zone, pool, our neighborhood lake, parks and amusement parks like Disneyland California Adventure, Lego Land San Diego & Sea World San Diego. Fun right?!

This summer, I made lots of refreshing popsicles, MiO Energy drinks & we’ve had lots of fresh fruits around the house. To keep it cool, I always have a bottle of MiO Energy or Water Enhancer in my bag and at home. With this heat; we were certainly craving simply cold water and a splash of MiO Energy to stay cool. It was an amazing summer but I just can’t wait to be over to enjoy some fall weather. In my three years living here in California, it has been the hottest I have felt but is nothing compared to Texas; where I used to live. We still have some days left on the summer so a little MiO  Energy goes along way to pass through the hot days!
