Alphabet Christmas Tree

Christmas is my favorite Holiday and this year Aries is extra excited about Christmas. Little Aries has been watching Home Alone 1 & 2 many times now and that is probably where she got the idea of loving Christmas so much.

I decided that this year, my kids will have their own small Christmas tree. I found a 4ft tall pre-lit white Christmas tree at Walmart for only $25 and had to get it right away. To decorate the tree, was a though choice because I wanted something modern, unique and something I haven’t seen before. After a few days of brainstorming, I came with the idea of an Alphabet theme since it’s perfect for my pre-schooler. For the ornaments, I used foam letters and items corresponding of every alphabet letter like, Elephant, A Robot Ornament, an faux apple, a dinosaur etc. and painted all of them in silver. I also added some yarn pom poms as ornaments. I had so much fun crafting this tree and my daughter had a blast helping me paint the letters and arranging them on the tree.

So tell me, how do you like our kids Christmas tree?

Here is the final product of my creation and everyone seems to love it. I shared a sneak peak on my Instagram Feed (where I constantly share my day to day life).
