#Cinchspiration Update

This has been long overdue. This past month of September and October #Cinchspiration Weight Loss Program has been tough.. because I’ve missed some days. The good news is that I haven’t gain any and have still lost 12lbs since I started the program.

My problem: Stress or Emotional Eating. That is what makes me eat or not eat. The DH is no help either and on our weekends; we usually eat what we want and I have been less caring about what I choose to eat. Sometimes I lack motivation and feel overwhelmed.

The Facts: I am now keeping up with the diet and I’m hoping to be back to really loosing 12lbs this month. November is my birthday month I am now more motivated to keep up with my journey. I believe in my self that I can do it and hoping this month is going to be a very successful one.

My Goal:ย  Since my pregnancy; It’s been really tough. My goal is to loose about 35lbs and be back to my normal size.
