You’re not going to believe how delicious these pecan cookies are! I make these butter pecan cookies every year during the holidays. I always get plenty of compliments and they disappear quickly. This recipe is adapted from my very own Mexican wedding cookies recipe.

These butter pecan cookies are so delicate and will melt in your mouth. A perfect holiday baking recipe to bake with your children and share with your family this holiday season! Nothing better than having a cup of coffee and Butter Pecan Cookies. Trust me, they can be very addictive and you won’t be able to eat just one cookie!

Diamond Nuts are my favorite brand when buying nuts for my recipes and is the first choice when purchaser groceries at the store. They have a great taste and it’s quality doesn’t compare to its competitors. I highly recommend it when baking or cooking!

Adrianne at Happy Hour - These look SO good… seriously! YUM! I don’t usually like large pieces of nuts in my cookies, so I almost always omit the nuts in a recipe, but crushed like this would solve that problem – it sounds delicious. Thanks for sharing, I’m going to add these to my Christmas cookie list!
