Cake and Brownie together, makes perfection!
Using Cake Mix; here is a simple brownie cake cupcakes with the best pudding cream frosting!!
I say “BEST” because its my favorite frosting so far!!!
What you’ll need:
1 Box of Strawberry Cake Mix
1 Box of Brownie Mix
Eggs, Oil, Water according to box directions
Cupcake Pan & Baking Cups
(Makes about 24 Cupcakes)
Prepare both batters according to directions of the cake and brownie mix.
Add one small spoonful of brownie batter to the baking cups
then add remaining cake batter to fill the cups
Bake as you will normally
Pudding Cream Frosting
- 1 Package (7oz) of instant pudding (any flavor)
- 8oz Whipped Topping
- 1 Cup of Milk
On a blend/mixer of by hand mix together the instant pudding and milk until well blended.
Add the whipped topping and blend together.
Decorate after cupcakes are completely cooled and ENJOY!
