The cupcakes turned out so MOIST and FLUFFY with not a strong flavor!

Makes about a dozen
Ingredients
1/2 cup of butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of molasses
1 1/3 cups all-purposed flour
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 ground ginger
1/2 ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground allspice
Frosting
1 cup of whipping cream
1/4 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
gingerbread cookies (optional)
1. In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy
2. Add egg and beat well
3. Stir in water and molasses
4. Add flour
5. Add cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger,
nutmeg, allspice and beat on low speed until well combined,
then beat for two more minutes for 2 minutes.
6. Add to baking cups and bake at 250 F for about 10- 20min
or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool.
Directions for Vanilla Whipped Cream
1. In a medium bowl, beat whipping cream until it forms peaks.
2. Ad sugar and vanilla and mix well (3)
4. Decorate using a pipe (optional) and add a gingerbread cookie
VIOLA! Easy and very yummy!
